William is a graduate of Seattle University School of Law. William’s legal practice has focuses on representing surety, construction, and design professionals in arbitration and civil litigation in federal and state courts in Washington and Oregon. William also represents contractors and design professionals in private and commercial contract negotiations.
Before law school, William attended the University of Washington, where he studied accounting and information systems.
